Site Coordinators
The following is a list of the all coordinators responsible for the individual IFAS videoconferencing sites across the state.
See also the Map of Videoconferencing Centers.
Site Information
- It is the videoconference requestor's responsibility to make sure off-campus videoconferencing sites have staff and a room available on the selected date for a videoconference.
- More than one room may be available for videoconferencing at some sites; try to request a specific room by room number or IP address.
- Videoconference Coordinators schedule and direct videoconferences and answer questions relating to videoconferences for meeting and distance education classes.
- Academic Coordinators proctor tests, hand out course materials, and answer course related questions for distance education students.
